Sales & Account Manager
The sales & account manager will work proactively and reactively across a portfolio of existing accounts to enhance and increase sales revenue, and deliver excellent customer service. To actively seek and develop new clients to increase our customer base, therefore, increasing sales and revenue. You will work with a team and report directly to the Operations director.

Recruitment Consultant
The recruitment consultant will be responsible for driving new sales and maximising existing accounts to ensure these grow and are cost effective. You will manage some warm clients; however, through sales and client visits, you will have accountability for developing and growing existing business as well as creating new relationships through new business sales. You will report directly to the Operations Director.

Permanent Recruitment Consultant
The permanent recruitment consultant will be responsible for driving and selling the services of the Company, by the recruitment and placement of staff on a permanent basis to companies within the construction and related industries, operating within a busy sales environment and working to agreed targets and budget. You will have accountability for creating new relationships through new business sales and maximising the potential of existing clients. You will report directly to the Head of the Technical division.
