More Than 300 Construction Workers On Site For Kalcrest

Kalcrest’s busy period is continuing and we have more than 300 temporary construction and engineering workers out on site this week.

Ongoing growth in the construction sector - in particular the sharp rise in housebuilding activity - has resulted in strong demand for skilled trades, labourers, civils workers and managers.

We have helped our clients to progress their projects by recruiting and supplying experienced, referenced-checked staff for both short and long-term jobs.

Despite the nationwide shortage of skilled trades, 46% of the workers Kalcrest have on site this week are in that category.
Labourers with CSCS cards account for 28% of the staff, with management (14%) and civils workers (12%) filling the rest of the jobs.
