Description
As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing support on all aspects of an employee’s learning journey through the development of delivery of staff training programmes.
The typical duties of a Learning & Development Business Partner will include to:
- Lead, develop and evaluate all mandatory training to meet legal requirements of the company
- Ensure new starter training and inductions are consistent and inline with all company policies
- Design, deliver and monitor Apprentice and Graduate Learning
- Create a Learning and Development Plan identifying training needs of individuals through analysis of performance appraisals
- Manage your budget and ensure that a training calendar is in place to ensure funds are appropriately allocated throughout the year
