Kalcrest Launch New Website!

If you are reading this you are one of the very first people to sample our brand new website!

We have been working closely with SmartArts for the past couple of years developing our exciting new website. As we all know – perfection takes time!

One of the main objectives we set out to achieve was to make it as easy as possible for people to apply for work. We spent a lot of time thinking about how we could collate all the information we need to ensure best practice and legal compliance whilst not being too complicated for the user. We think we did a pretty good. Having said that, we‘ve already started work on version 2….

The new website comes with the following facilities for workers to use:

• An easy to use registration page to make yourself known to us as available for future work
• A “sign up for job alerts” option
• A section where workers can upload application forms and other documents straight securely

For our end user clients we have created a facility within the site where an account can be created for each client authorised Site Manager. Here weekly worker timesheets can be created and authorised electronically, quickly, easily and securely. All of the legal stuff like terms and conditions etc. can also be found here.

That isn’t everything – there are some other great features too such as links to our FB page and twitter feed.
